Cancellation Policy & COVID-19 Information
Standard Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, there is a $25 non-refundable booking fee. Free cancellation up until 30 days before the trip, 25% refund up until a week before the trip, within a week there is no refund. Make sure to arrive by 9 a.m., as we will not be able hold up the trip after 9:15. If you miss the trip there is not a later one in the day, and no refund. Call us if you are running late!
Flexible COVID-19 Rebooking Policy
Full booking vouchers valid for 1 year from original trip date if postponed/ canceled at least 48 hours before trip departure. Any guest who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, has been exposed to a person diagnosed with COVID-19, or is personally diagnosed with COVID-19 should refrain from coming to our location and reschedule for another date, or ask for a trip voucher valid for 1 year. We would be delighted to host you another time.
Our Response to COVID-19
We take the health and safety of our guests, guides, and staff as our highest priority. In accordance with NPS regulations we will be following these protocols as a precaution to help minimize transmission risk.

Face Masks/ Coverings- Visitors to our outpost are required to wear face mask coverings as per Texas Executive Order GA-29. We will be wearing face masks around the outpost and in the vans. Once outside where social distancing can be maintained they may be removed.

Guest & Employee Screening-​​When booking a trip guests will be pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, &/or testing positive. Upon arrival all guests and employees will be subject to a pre-trip screening that includes a contactless temperature check.​

Increased Cleaning & Sanitization-After each trip- the outpost, vehicles, and all equipment will be sanitized for the next adventure.
