Standard Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, there is a non-refundable 3% credit card fee and $25 booking fee. Free cancellation up until 30 days before the trip, within 30 days you may opt for a 25% refund or voucher (valid for 1 year for the full amount), within 2 days there is no refund.

 

Make sure to arrive by your trip time. We will hold the trip for 15 minutes. If you miss the trip there is not a later one in the day, and no refund. Call us if you are running late!

 

If you cancel on a multiday trip 7 days or less before your trip starts there is no refund and no voucher option.
